Private Events

Depending on group size & preference, private parties can have a deck reserved for them (30 people or less) or for larger groups the area by our trolly, boat & kids play house can be roped off. We do not permit private parties in the community garden.

The venue fee includes the reservation of a private area for the duration of your event. This private space will be roped off, set up with signage & sufficient seating for all your guests for the entirety of your event, ensuring you have a dedicated area just for your party. You are also welcome to bring your own outside desserts, and décor to personalize your event.

To host a private event at Cottage Industries you need a reservation. Please note that without a reservation, seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis for Smoke Queen BBQ patrons so you would not be able to reserve tables, bring external décor or outside desserts.

Our maximum occupancy for private events is 75 people. For gatherings of over 30 people, we also provide an on-site Cottage Industries event coordinator to assist with your needs. The on-site coordinator is required & will rope off the area for your reservation, put out reservation signs, set up/take down tables & chairs to accommodate your group size as well as umbrellas if needed. The on-site coordinator is also there to ensure the public does not encroach on your event space, help guide party guests/caterers & minimize any liability to Cottage Industries.

We don’t allow balloons on-site since Cottage Industries is an eco-conscious space but we allow other decor and outside desserts for our private party reservations to make their events more festive.
Pop-Up Vendors

The PopUp sheds comprise about 100 square feet each.

All PopUp Vendors are encouraged to bring their own signage. All Signage and A-Frames will require Landlord’s approval before being used.

Accepted Vendors will receive padlock and lockbox codes for the PopUp Sheds, allowing you to securely open and lock up the premises.

PopUp Vendors will be asked to operate within the Property’s overall business hours of 11:00am through 8:00pm Wednesday through Sunday. If you come outside of those hours, the Property will be closed to the public. PopUp Vendors are not required to be open for a certain number of minimum hours during their PopUp days.

The Sheds come with 120v of power each.

Pop-Up tenants are required to complete our Site Usage Agreement and to provide a Sellers Permit. PopUp Vendors intending to sell food or beverages will be asked to additionally provide a Cottage Food Permit and Food Handler Card.
